About ECJ Property Investments

ECJ Property Investments is a UK based property investment company. We strategically invest in both houses and blocks of apartments around the East Midlands. The majority of properties we purchase are older properties that have suffered years of under-investment and therefore no longer provide a home fit for a high quality of life. As a result of this, a lot of our properties are refurbished when purchased (anything from changing carpets to adding insulation and redoing the electrics) so that we can offer a home for our tenants that is not only affordable but also safe, comfortable and modern. 

 

We are an NLA accredited and Dash accredited landlord and abide by both codes of conducts. This ensures that we provide  the highest standard of professional service to our tenants.  

 

We are long term investors with no plans to sell our properties. This means that our tenants can rest assured that they will never be asked to leave because the property is being sold.
